My name is Karen Slone, and I grew up in Florida and moved to Eastern Kentucky when I was a teen. I currently reside in Pikeville, KY, with my husband, Bill, of 13 years, our golden-doodle Lincoln, and our kitty Maui. I have two sons who are out on their own now with one pursuing a career and the other finishing college, so we are entering an exciting new chapter of our lives as empty nesters!

I currently work at the University Of Pikeville- Kentucky College Of Optometry where I enjoy my work and have made some amazing friends who have now become family. As I enter this new phase of life, I am so thankful to have been given the opportunity to work for Pura Vida Global Travel and Maria and Dr. Mohinder Randhawa. They had a vision and made it happen!

Now I have the freedom to dive into this amazing opportunity and be able to help you live your dreams by enjoying trips of a lifetime.
